Travis Guida, M.S., is the Co-Founder of C4. Travis is an expert in character development. Travis has been associated with the Disc Personal Profile and has used several instruments to assess student’s personality, career interests, and areas of strength. He has served as a Work Experience Coordinator at the Bemidji High School and has been a professional educator for 8 years. Travis has been certified in the Boomerang Project and is currently a Link Crew Coordinator at the high school. This group provides leadership and team-building training to upper classmen. Travis received his Degrees from Bemidji State University. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Social Studies, a Masters Degree in Special Education. He is licensed in Social Studies, Emotional/Behavioral Disorders, and Work-Based Learning. He played football at the collegiate level for the University of North Dakota and has coached high school football.
Sarah Coumbe-Guida, B.S., is the Co-Founder of C4. Sarah has pioneered a camp for adoptive youth known as Family Foundations Minnesota. She has a proven track record for working with educators, foster and adoptive parents, and community members. Sarah has been certified as a trainer with Crisis Prevention Institute, which provides trainings on de-escalating behavior. Sarah has facilitated a community grant that promoted family involvement and unity. Sarah is an expert in behavior modification. She is a teacher of Emotional/Behavioral Disorders at the Cass Lake Elementary School where she has taught for 13 years. Sarah received her Degree from Moorhead State University. She has taken extensive graduate credits, focusing on counseling and organizational psychology. She focuses extensively on nutrition, health, and exercise and adds these components to her work at C4.
After marrying in 2000, Sarah and Travis have provided trainings on character development, leadership, teamwork, and communication to a variety of agencies. Together, they aim to be a top resource for corporate team building in Minnesota.
Aarin Galzki PE Teacher @ Century Middle School in Park Rapids, MN for the last 6 years.
Aarin grew up in West Fargo, ND and spent most of my younger years very active in Gymnastics, Dance, Softball, and Runnng. She attended and graduated from NDSU in Fargo North Dakota with a BS and MS in Physical Education and has been in Park Rapids for the past 6 years Teaching and Coaching Volleyball, Gymnastics, and Softball. 
Aarin has been married for 7 years and has one little boy and one on the way (Due July 1st)! Aarin loves staying active and spend most of my summers outdoors playing softball, at the lake, or biking from park to park!
C4 is a fantastic fit for me as I thouroughly believe in its message and incredible experience that it provides for all that attend. I'm blessed to be a part of the the Team and look forward to many fun filled seasons.
Bill Buggert is a former Major in the United States Air Force. Bill joins C4 with extensive training in communications, team building and leadership development.
Bill spent eleven years with Teamworks, Inc. specializing in team building, problem solving, and pesonality profiling, He has a knack for experiential and application based training.
Bill loves the outdoors and the challenges of the C4 course. He and his wife Barry have 4 children and 9 grand children.
Morgan Krieg is a science teacher at Park Rapids Century School. She also coaches girls' softball. Morgan loves the outdoors, kayaking, hiking, and fishing. She also enjoys spending time with her new son.
Tom Marcussen is the Food Service Director for the Park Rapids School System. He coaches girls' softball and enjoys hiking, spending time with friends, and playing with his new son.
Brian Hirt is an elementary teacher at Park Rapids Century School. He works at the pool in the summer, raises his three children, and was a collegiate swimmer at the University of North Dakota.
